About this course

Most leaders either fear AI or delegate it to IT. Both are wrong. This course bridges the preparedness gap by training leaders who design AI strategies, not just use AI tools. Ten modules across three tracks: Core Foundations (mindset, context engineering, and the executive toolbelt), Leadership Track (decision integrity, governance, agentic orchestration, critical thinking, and change management), and Staff Track (executive admin automation and instructional efficiency). 34 units covering the 2026 landscape, RCFCC context engineering, the PURE decision framework, Green-Yellow-Red governance, the Human-in-the-Middle critical thinking module, a 90-day AI implementation plan, and operational automation case studies.
